- FAQs
Can I link more than one device to my FOCUSfwd account?
- Yes, you can have more than one device linked to your account, but FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program will only record the steps from one device per day. You cannot combine the steps from multiple devices to reach the daily step goal of 5,000 steps.
How long does it take for my steps to sync to my account?
- It takes 24 to 48 hours for your steps to sync from your device and display on the FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program website. Additionally, you must frequently sync the data from your device to your online activity tracker account. This is available through the manufacturer’s website or mobile app. Devices can store up to 30 days of data, so large amounts of data may take longer to sync.
What happens if I change my privacy settings on my device?
- If you have recently changed the privacy settings on your device, you may have revoked access of your physical activity data to FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program. FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program is powered by ChipRewards, so you have to allow Cardholder by ChipRewards access to your physical activity tracker’s data. If you have revoked access to Cardholder by ChipRewards, simply follow the instructions to reconnect your device.
How often should I sync my steps to my account?
- Most devices can hold up to 30 days of physical activity data. Therefore, FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program can sync up to 30 days of physical activity data. If a member does not sync their device data within 30 days of completing the physical activity, FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program will not be able to retrieve the older data.
