Use My Provider Enrollment Portal to complete the provider enrollment process. It offers a web-based solution for providers who are credentialed or interested in credentialing with BlueCross® BlueShield® of South Carolina and BlueChoice HealthPlan.

Use the portal to:

  • Become a network provider.
  • Maintain enrollment.
  • Receive automated status updates.
  • Make certain updates for the physician or practice.
  • Receive notifications when you need to supply additional information.
