Taking insulin as your doctor prescribes is extremely important to feel better, avoid diabetes complications and, quite possibly, just stay alive.

My Diabetes Discount Program can help.

My Diabetes Discount Program allows members with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes who are actively on insulin therapy to receive their insulin with a $0 copay.*

How it works:

If you’re eligible, you’ll need to complete specific requirements to begin receiving your $0 insulin copay. Program requirements are evaluated on a quarterly basis. Your $0 insulin copay will begin the quarter after you complete all requirements and will remain active for one year. To continually receive your $0 insulin copay, you must maintain the program requirements each year.
