    Companion Benefit Alternatives (CBA) offers case management to help guide members through the treatment process. CBA is a separate company that manages behavioral health benefits on behalf of BlueChoice HealthPlan. Case management is a free, voluntary program. When they join the program, they will partner with a case manager.
